MRDC Operation Corporation’s commitment to quality is guided by the standards outlined under the ISO9001:2008 Quality System. ISO9001:2008 is the world’s most established quality framework and is currently being used by over 3/4 million organizations in 161 countries.

MRDC’s Quality System is regularly audited under three separate auditing structures.

• Monthly internal audit of the Operations, Maintenance, and Rehabilitation system.
• Monthly external audit of the Operations, Maintenance, and Rehabilitation system by Provincial Auditors.
• A yearly external audit performed by the ISO9001 registrar.
