Quality System. ISO 9001:2015 is the world’s most established quality framework and is currently being used by over 3/4 million organizations in 161 countries.

 

MRDC’s Quality System is regularly audited under three separate auditing structures.

 

• Monthly internal audits of the Management, Operations, Maintenance, and Rehabilitation systems.

• Monthly external audits of the Operations, Maintenance, and Rehabilitation system by Provincial Auditors.

• A yearly external audit performed by an ISO 9001 registrar.
